Overview

They are looking for experienced Senior Care Assistants or Care Assistants who are looking to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the highest quality of care to the residents, observing and reviewing care plans, assisting with social activities, and supporting the training and supervision of junior and new colleagues.
