Job description

We are looking for a Senior Night Care Assistant to be accountable for the home and the residents, who will create a calm and secure atmosphere throughout the night. Ensuring regular checks according to each resident’s individual needs, and leading the team on the floor.

Rate of Pay

£13.26 to £14.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform care duties and assist with cleaning duties throughout the night shift.
  • Assist the Manager, Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager in the running of the home in an efficient and caring manner.
  • Be fully aware of the contingency and emergency plan of the home.
  • Ensure a walking handover is carried out and that all residents are accounted for at the start and the end of the shift.
  • Ensure that all staff contribute to the efficient running of the home.
