A leading healthcare provider in March is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to support residents with dignity and care. Ideal candidates will have either NVQ/QCF Level 2 or Level 3 in Health and Social Care and can expect a starting pay of £13.25 to £13.80 per hour, depending on qualifications. This is a permanent role offering a supportive environment for career growth.
Location: Glenholme Wendreth Court, March, Cambridgeshire, PE15 8QT
Pay Rate:
£13.25 per hour – for those with NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care
£13.80 per hour – for those with NVQ/QCF Level 3
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 24 hours per week (alternate weekends)

The ideal candidates will hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (starting pay £13.80 per hour); however, we will consider applications from candidates who hold an NVQ/QCF Level 2, who will start on £13.25 per hour.
