Senior Care Assistant – Broadbridge Park, Horsham – £12.58 per hour

• 71 Bedded Nursing, Dementia and Residential Care Home
• 12 hour shifts (8am-8pm) including alternate weekends

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate records where required.
• Support and mentor junior care staff, ensuring they provide excellent care.
• Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and families.

Ideal Candidate
