Overview

Senior Care Assistant Overview: Our Senior Care Assistants play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care. They inspire and support our care team to be person-centred in their approach, providing guidance, training, and mentoring. In addition to working alongside our Care Team as a role model, they also support external multi-disciplinary team visits and help create new care plans and conduct assessments. They also play a key role in updating resident care plans, communicating updates to the Care Team Leader, and organising GP/hospital and other external visits. Their dedication and passion for providing exceptional care make a significant impact on the quality of life of our residents.

  • Salary: £14.21 - £14.87 per hour, reviewed annually and regularly benchmarked
  • Schedule: Days/Nights, full/part time available
  • Location: Connaught Court, St Oswalds Road, Fulford, York, YO10 4FA

About the Home

Part of a large charitable organisation, Connaught Court provides residential care, nursing and residential dementia support. We can support up to 94 residents with permanent care or short-stay respite breaks.
