Job description

This is a senior care assistant role at Aria Healthcare's Miranda House in Royal Wooton Bassett, Wiltshire. The home is a 65-bed residential and nursing facility with a 'Good' CQC rating and a 9.6 rating on Carehome.co.uk. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take on a leadership role, supporting both residents and staff in their everyday lives.

Main duties of the job

The senior care assistant will be responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality care to the residents of Miranda House. They will work closely with the nursing team to ensure the residents' needs are met, and will also take on a leadership role in encouraging the development and growth of the care team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of elderly care, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive environment for both residents and staff.
