This is a Senior Care Assistant role at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. Your focus as a Senior Care Assistant includes monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being aware of changes impacting care and care plans, ensuring that new needs are met, and updating written records to reflect any variation. You will be involved in the person-centred care planning process by implementing, monitoring, and undertaking monthly evaluations. You will also support residents with their medication requirements, undertake staff supervisions, and act as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives and visitors, as well as health and social care professionals.
