Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the purchasing team to ensure timely project completion.
• Covering day-to-day purchasing duties in the absence of the Supply Chain Manager.
• Assisting in annual budget preparations and providing insights on capital expenditures.
• Overseeing materials requirement plan accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyzing market conditions and managing stock levels.
• Meeting and assessing suppliers, negotiating contract terms.
• Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and mentoring junior team members.
• Managing supply contracts and securing long-term cost agreements.
• Conducting audits of suppliers to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Supporting cost-reduction programs and maintaining SAP data accuracy.
