Overview
Responsible for supply security and cost effectiveness of a specific category in country or business unit. By independently leading and executing end to end sourcing of locally managed categories, cooperate and support Strategic Procurement Manager for the strategic sourcing of the specific categories. Ultimate responsible to deliver and optimize service levels provided to internal customers for the specific categories across all countries of the Business Unit, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders. Delivery of key projects to support business continuity.

- Lead spot buys and strategic sourcing for the categories managed locally with alignment with Strategic Procurement Manager (SPM)
- Participate and ensure & follow-up actions regarding claims, compliance, audit
- Ensure Sustainability and CSR strategy implementation within managed categories
- Deliver training to your internal stakeholders on the Procurement process and sourcing thresholds
- Optimise the supply base for your categories and initiate supplier review meetings

Criteria
- University Degree (Business Administration, Finance or category related industry)
- At least 5 years of experience working in a Procurement setting
- CIPS or other certification is an asset
- Advanced English language and fluency
- Working experience in a cross-cultural environment and in a matrix organization preferable
- Experience in SAP, other ERP system with focus on Supply Chain
- Experience in full procurement cycle for locally managed categories, contract management and category spend analysis
- Basic experience in Finance and leadership e.g. Budgeting and monthly rolling estimate of BP during the year for defined categories, reporting (understanding SLA’s and KBI’s for categories), basics in Planning
- Experience in Supplier’s Sustainability assessment
