Job summary

A growing manufacturer is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive business development in the LED market. This role involves conducting market analyses, establishing distribution partnerships, and coordinating with the marketing team to achieve sales targets. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and over 5 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the LED or Pro AV industry. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in industrial product B2B sales & marketing or project management, preferably in the LED/Pro AV industry.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct annual business plan with LED market analysis and sales strategies.
  • Establish distribution partners for LED products to achieve sales targets.
  • Oversee sales forecasting and set performance goals.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions and events.
  • Identify LED project opportunities and ensure their successful delivery.
  • Communicate feedback from sales activities to HQ to improve product edge.
  • Keep customers informed about new products and strategies.
  • Perform other assigned duties as required.

Senior Business Development Manager (LED / Displays) - UK Remote

We are looking for a Business Development Manager for a growing Manufacturer.

Your main responsibilities will be :
  • Conducting an annual business plan including LED market analysis, competition analysis and sales & marketing strategies and update on quarterly basis.
  • Establishing distribution partners for LED product sales, engaging with end users, consultants and Pro AV system integrators to generate demand for distribution and achieve overall sales target.
  • Directs sales forecasting activities and set performance goals in coordination with the regional sales team accordingly.
  • Representing company at various industry exhibitions, events and other related sales and customer activities to promote LED product range.
  • Identify LED project opportunities and work with other relevant partners and internal departments to ensure its successful delivery.
  • Collecting feedback from daily filed sales activities and communicate with HQ to help improve product competition edge.
  • Communicating new product, sales and marketing info with potential LED customer base and keep customers informed.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Key Attributes :
  • Bachelor’s degree or above with a major in Engineering, Marketing or Business Administration background.
  • 5+ years in industrial product B2B, sales & marketing or project management, preferably in the LED / Pro AV industry.
  • Highly effective leadership, project management and communication skills.
  • Excellent client-oriented, goal-oriented and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in and maintain performance expectations in fast pace environment
