Senior Business Analyst (BA) role that sits at clients Technology, Strategy & Architecture (TSA) division in the Technology Directorate.
Business Analysts enable the Bank to meet its objectives by working on technology change initiatives. As part of cross functional teams and working closely with our business colleagues, BAs elicit, analyse and create a shared understanding of requirements to enable successful implementation of our change initiatives.
Role Requirements: You have experience in eliciting, analysing, and managing complex business requirements, working on large-scale transformation projects, using data and insight to influence decisionmaking and drive change.
We are looking for a collaborative, organised, and motivated colleague with strong consensus‑building skills and a track record of successful public and private sector project delivery, preferably with payments and central bank experience.
