The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for leading the delivery of complex analysis within the Financial Crime Enhancement Programme. The Senior BA will support on the analysis within the central programme tech team and work with the Lead Business Analyst and other Business analysts within the team, ensuring that business outcomes are achieved through high-quality, value-driven solutions. The Senior BA is expected to work with peers within the central team and with senior stakeholders within the business teams. The Lead BA is expected to have experience working within Financial Crime, including KYC, CDD, Fraud, Transaction Monitoring & Sanctions domains.
To support and deliver business analysis within portfolios, promote best practices, and support the development of the business analysis community.
