A leading insurance provider is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team in Slough, working on a hybrid basis. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in business analysis and change management to drive organizational change, engage with stakeholders at all levels, and mentor others in the profession. Allianz Specialty have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team working on a hybrid basis out of our Ditton Park office. You will be part of the Allianz Specialty Team, looking after the Pet Insurance.
As one of our Senior Business Analysts, you’ll play a lead role in organisational change by using specialised business analysis, change management skills and disciplined business analysis approaches. This is achieved through repeated deliveries and/or specialist area of knowledge.
You will work across many functional domains, with stakeholders at many levels up to board level.
Salary: Circa £60,000
Location: Slough, Datchet Ditton Park
Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
