Senior Business Analyst, 12-Month FTC, £85k, plus benefits & bonus, London, 2 days a week onsite

Fuse are working with a leading Global Law firm to recruit a Senior Business Analyst into their Tech function and play a key role in delivering critical finance system projects.

We need Significant, Senior, hands‑on Business Analysis experience on complex finance transformation programmes, ideally centred on SAP S / 4HANA or similar ERP platforms.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-impact projects within a collaborative team environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead business analysis for SAP S / 4HANA upgrade and finance system projects.
• Engage with stakeholders across SAP teams, third-party vendors, and project groups.
• Mentor junior business analysts and contribute to team development.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Support project delivery using Agile tools and methodologies.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong core BA toolkit : structured requirements elicitation (functional and non‑functional), process mapping and re‑design, gap and root cause analysis, business process improvement, and end‑to‑end requirements traceability through to UAT.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S / 4HANA upgrades in a finance environment.
• Proven track record as a Senior Business Analyst on finance system projects.
• Professional services background preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office , Azure DevOps , and Visio .
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
