s a Business Analyst, you will be part of a team working to deliver value for our customers. For example, you may be part of a transformation project, working with business stakeholders to define their vision and requirements whilst working with technical colleagues to develop and deliver the solution. You may be part of projects which look to streamline and improve processes. long with the above, as a Business Analyst with more experience, you will drive pieces of work and help lead teams across complex transformation projects. You may work as a product owner to help deliver digital products, working with business and technical colleagues. The BA has the primary responsibility to gather, analyze, document, and validate the needs of the business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work on transformation projects, defining vision and requirements with business stakeholders, collaborating with technical colleagues to develop and deliver solutions, and streamlining processes.
• Drive pieces of work and help lead teams across complex transformation projects.
• Act as a product owner to deliver digital products.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate the needs of business stakeholders.
• Serve as the principal conduit for managing system requirements between business and software development team throughout the duration of a project.

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile methodology, writing user stories, managing scrum calls, prioritizing backlog, etc.
• Elicit business requirements from business users and subject matter experts.
• Capture and document clear business requirements in BDD format No N Some skills and behavior are expected for success in the role.
• Attention to detail with high level of accuracy.
• Ability to take strategic direction from executive management and initiative.
• Ability to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance.
• Technical skills including Open API (Swagger or other) or microservice architecture are required.

• Excellent oral and written communication skill.

• 5+ years of experience in a business analyst role.
• Experience owning features across the entire lifecycle (shaping to live service).
• Extensive experience of writing user stories.
• Experience of both functional and non‑functional elements within a delivery.
• Proven record using AzureDevOps tool.
• Demonstrate excellent comms working with key stakeholders on the Scrum Team.
• Ability to influence roadmap decisions with the management.
• Knowledge of the subsurface domain (Subsurface & Wells), Data and Business Requirements.
• Proactive working style, looking for and embracing innovation.
• Have a very good understanding of back‑end, web and mobile app technology.
