Senior Business Analyst | Lead the Digital Transformation of a High-Tech Engineering Leader | £650/day

Are you a strategic Business Analysis leader ready to shape the future of digital change within a cutting-edge research and engineering organisation?

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Digital & Technology function in Bedford. This is a senior leadership role where you will define how business analysis operates across the organisation and lead some of its most complex and high‑risk change initiatives.

In this role, you will go beyond traditional requirements gathering. You will manage and develop a team of analysts, establish a standardised change framework, and personally lead critical transformation programmes. Working in a highly regulated environment, you will act as the bridge between world‑class engineering and modern digital strategy.
