• Must be familiar with the JCT Suite of Contracts.
• 3-5 years industry experience, preferably in consultancy.
• Experience in office and industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct various surveys including Pre-Acquisition and Building Condition Surveys.
• Manage Dilapidations, Party Wall & Neighbourly Matters.
• Prepare Expert Reports and Planned Preventable Maintenance assessments.
