We have an opportunity available for a Senior Building Surveyor to work with a leading Property Consultancy, based in Manchester. This is an exciting role for a RICS qualified professional, or for a highly experienced Building Surveyor looking to progress in their career.

About the role

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will lead the wider team while providing expert market knowledge to clients across large commercial portfolios, including refurbishments, maintenance, and technical due diligence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building Surveys and Inspections.
  • Project Management.
  • Contract Administration.
  • Dilapidations.
  • Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
Requirements
  • MRICS Accredited in Building Surveying.
  • Build, develop and maintain existing business and client relationships.
  • Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work as part of a Multi-disciplinary team, supporting others.
  • Full Driving License.
