About the role

As a Senior/Associate Building Surveyor, you will:

• Deliver predominantly project focused services, utilising JCT contracts
• Maintain client relationships and ideally begin to forge new ones that can develop into profitable work
• Support and develop junior building surveyors within the team

Key responsibilities

• Contract administration

• Defect Analysis

• Planned maintenance (not cladding)

About you, as the successful Senior/Associate Building Surveyor

• Degree in Building Surveying (BSc or MSc) & MRICS qualification
• Any Building Safety Case experience would be desirable, not essential
• Project services biased
• A collaborative mindset, with clear drive and passion
