A leading housing association in London is looking for a Senior Budgeting and Reporting Manager to oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting. You will lead the monthly management accounts, manage the budgeting and forecasting process, and support financial decision-making with detailed insights. The ideal candidate has significant experience in management accounts and a CCAB-recognised accounting qualification, with a strong focus on data-driven decisions and stakeholder collaboration. Competitive salary range of £72,864 - £80,960 per year.

As our Senior Budgeting and Reporting Manager, you will play a central role in delivering high-quality financial planning, analysis, and reporting across Notting Hill Genesis. Working closely with the Head of FP&A and Business Partnering, you will lead the monthly management accounts cycle and take ownership of the Group’s budgeting and forecasting processes.
You’ll oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, collaborate with Finance Business Partners across the organisation, and ensure that financial insights support effective decision-making and value for money. With responsibility for two analysts, you will build capability within the team and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
