Overview

Join us in the London Office as the Senior Broker for the European Property Market.

This role requires a high level of expertise and in-depth knowledge in the Per Risk line of reinsurance. The individual will develop and present innovative solutions for the most complex client needs, establish and grow relationships with new clients, and actively contribute to the revenue and budget planning processes.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Deep expertise in Per Risk reinsurance and Property Risk broking.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience, with substantial background managing large, complex accounts and high-value clients.
  • Well-established relationships and strong network with Treaty underwriters and key market players.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex, high-value client relationships.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to innovate and think strategically in a dynamic market environment.
