Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations and credit portfolio management.
• Track record of business or proposition development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke risk management solutions in finance.
• Support design and implementation of credit frameworks.
• Assist in development of models for credit risk analysis.

Skills

5-7 years of experience in banking or financial services

Understanding of banking regulations

Successful project management

Excellent analytical skills

Hands-on experience with AI or GenAI tools

Good interpersonal skills

Fluent in English

Working knowledge of R and Python

Education

Minimum BA in Finance, Economics, Mathematics

MA or MSc degree

FRM or PRM or CFA designation
