Job summary

A global software engineering firm in the UK is seeking an AWS Solutions Architect to lead the design and ideation of cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud architecture and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders in a pre-sales capacity. This role offers up to £150k per year with bonuses and the flexibility to work remotely within the UK. The candidate will also support client meetings and AWS-specific events as necessary.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with cloud architecture, ideally the last 3 years in a leadership role.
• Ability to act as a technical, pre-sales partner.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation and design of AWS-based solutions.
• Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts with AWS services.
• Prepare technical documentation for AWS Technical Reviews.
• Support new sales opportunities through technical showcases.
• Act as an advisor to senior-level stakeholders.
