An educational institution in Scarborough is seeking a permanent Senior Attendance Officer – Family Outreach Worker. The successful candidate will implement the school’s Attendance Policy, collaborating with students and their families to enhance attendance. The role includes monitoring and reporting attendance data. Interested applicants should have strong organizational skills and the ability to engage effectively with parents. We are looking to appoint a permanent Senior Attendance Officer – Family Outreach Worker for 37 hours per week, on a Term Time only basis to join our team at Graham School.

The core focus of this job is to complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for implementing the school’s Attendance Policy and improving the attendance of students. Works with identified students and their parents / carers whose attendance is a barrier to their performance. Responsible for recording, monitoring, evaluating and reporting on attendance data.
