I am recruiting on behalf of a leading construction consultancy with a specialist focus in the aviation sector. With a strong pipeline of projects across London's major airports, my client is renowned for delivering complex, high-profile aviation schemes that shape the future of air travel.

The Role
My client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their London team, supporting the commercial delivery of significant aviation projects. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, contractors, and design teams, providing expert cost management advice from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver full pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services on aviation projects.
  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, bills of quantities, and tender documentation.
  • Manage and administer contracts (NEC).
  • Conduct valuations, variations, and final account settlements.
  • Provide cost reporting, forecasting, and commercial risk management.
  • Develop strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.


About You

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a consultancy or client-side environment.
  • Strong background in aviation or infrastructure.
  • Excellent knowledge of contract administration (NEC desirable).
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
  • MRICS chartered (or working towards).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
