Senior Associate - Property Litigation Solicitor
Location: Fully Remote OR Hybrid

A well-established and award-winning multi-office, Top 200 law firm is seeking an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding Dispute Resolution team.

Our client is looking to bolster their highly regarded Dispute Resolution team by recruiting a Senior Associate Property Litigation Lawyer. This role can be on a hybrid or fully remote basis.

The team have a varied and high-quality caseload, and you will play a key role in the team, supporting clients with all elements of Property Litigation matters whilst also being instrumental in supporting the firms growth strategy.

Within this role, your caseload would include:

  • Commercial property disputes; breach of lease, rent arrears claims, forfeiture,
  • Disputes over breach of covenant, dilapidations claims,
  • Easements and rights of way disputes, Adverse Possession claims and party wall and boundary disputes
  • Residential Property disputes; landlord and tenant disputes, leasehold enfranchisement, restrictive covenant breaches, Farming Partnership disputes, property ownership disputes (including TOLATA)


The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years PQE and strong experience in Property Litigation with the ability to work independently and efficiently.

The successful candidate will be joining a dynamic and successful Southwest based multi-office practice which has experienced exceptional growth over the past few years.
