What you will do

• Lead strategic sourcing, category management projects and procurement transformation projects
• Analyze data to identify savings opportunities and make recommendations / actions
• Conduct primary and secondary research to support project deliverables
• Own and deliver projects that drive bottom‑line success for our clients
• Develop fact‑based, data‑driven, creative solutions for complex projects
• Conduct successful negotiations with suppliers and stakeholders to create an optimal working relationship
• Liaise with senior colleagues to gain client project buy‑in and successfully implement
• Understand client needs to flawlessly deliver and gain confidence at the highest levels
• Work closely with GEP and client teams spread geographically across time zones and cultures
• Build and shape opportunities to create intellectual capital and expertise to develop internal knowledge
• Assist with business development activities and other firm building initiatives

What you should bring

• Superior problem‑solving skills, quantitative and analytical ability
• Demonstrated leadership skills in a professional / academic / extra‑curricular setting
• Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas in written and verbal forms
• Must be business fluent in English – additional fluency in German or French is a must
