Job description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a driven Senior Associate to join a well‑known UK firm in its Leveraged Finance team. The team advises sponsors and borrowers on a variety of transactions, including acquisitions and refinancings, alongside general banking matters. The team works with key private equity houses and other financial sponsors on both cross‑border and domestic leveraged finance acquisitions and refinancings. They also advise major listed and unlisted corporate borrowers on new debt facilities to support acquisitions, refinancing their existing debt facilities, and other corporate facilities.

Experience required:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Be between 5-8 years PQE within a leading Leveraged Finance team.
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic
