About the role

We take pride in our strong reputation for providing exceptional legal services to private clients. Due to continued growth and our commitment to succession planning, we are seeking an ambitious Senior Associate or Legal Director to join our dynamic team in our London office, specialising in high-end residential conveyancing.

You will work with an experienced team on complex, high-value transactions, advising a wide range of prestigious clients, including high-net-worth individuals, investors, and developers. Your work will cover the full spectrum of residential property matters, from acquisition and sale to complex leasehold arrangements and development projects.

Day to day, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a first-class service and expert advice to clients in accordance with technical area of specialism; liaising with clients, colleagues and any relevant professionals
  • Building strong working relationships with the direct team, and colleagues and Partners in the wider firm, to encourage and enable internal referrals
  • Supervising more junior members of the team
  • Providing a proactive and constructive input into the team's strategy
  • Engaging in targeted business development activities to obtain new clients, build networks of client referrers and increasing marketplace knowledge, both locally and regionally.

About you

  • A qualified Solicitor with 6+ PQE, or Fellow of CILEx or equivalent
  • Significant experience in high-end residential conveyancing, including complex and high-value transactions
  • Strong technical expertise and a passion for delivering exceptional client service
  • A proven track record of managing client and referrer relationships and providing strategic advice
  • A proactive approach to business development, with the ability to cultivate and expand a client base
  • The ambition and drive to take on a leadership role within the team as the department continues to grow
