Senior Associate Cost Manager – London

Up to £90,000 + Bonus + Package

Are you an experienced Cost Manager looking to take the next step in your career? We are partnering with a leading consultancy to recruit a Senior Associate Cost Manager to join their high-performing London team. This is a rare opportunity to work on some of the capital’s most iconic office developments, from landmark new builds to innovative refurbishments and fit-outs.

The Opportunity

This role will see you leading major commercial projects across:

• Large-scale new build office developments
• Cut & Curve (CAT A) schemes
• High-quality fit-out (CAT B) projects

You’ll be involved from inception through to completion, managing cost planning, procurement, and contract administration while working closely with London’s most prestigious developers and design teams.

About You

• Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial developments from early concept through to handover
• Strong technical knowledge of cost management and contract administration
• Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with blue-chip developer clients
• A collaborative approach and the ability to lead and mentor junior team members
• Ideally you will be degree educated and Chartered MRICS or working towards Chartership.
