A leading offshore law firm in Jersey is seeking additional lawyers for its Tier 1 Corporate team. This role offers the chance to work on complex M&A and fund transactions alongside market-leading senior lawyers. Candidates should have 5–8 years’ PQE and proven corporate/M&A experience. A strong academic background and comfort with Excel are essential, while French or Swedish skills are a plus. The firm ensures a guaranteed workload with minimal business development expectations.

Overview

A leading offshore law firm is seeking additional lawyers to join its Tier 1 Corporate team in Jersey. This is a unique opportunity to work exclusively with one of the firm’s flagship clients, delivering a guaranteed workload with minimal business development expectations.

Responsibilities

You will work closely with market-leading senior lawyers recognised for expertise in fund formation, structuring and complex cross-border transactions. The role offers exposure to:

  • M&A, private equity, structuring and restructuring
  • Formation and administration of investment funds and real-estate holding vehicles
  • All lifecycle stages – establishment, financing, operation and dissolution

You will be trusted to manage complex transactions independently while collaborating with a partner known for technical excellence, commercial pragmatism, and commitment to professional development.

Requirements
