A prominent healthcare institution in the UK is seeking a finance professional to assist in financial management and support operational objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams, providing high-quality financial insights and advice. This role demands a professional accountancy qualification and strong analytical and communication skills, alongside a commitment to developing effective working relationships within the organization.
The post holder will be assisting with the provision of financial support to the Business Partnering function provided to a small number of Operational and Corporate Directorates. The role involves providing high quality financial management working closely alongside the operational team to support delivery of the Trust objectives. This role will support building relationships between finance and clinical and non-clinical teams in financial performance management.
