Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveFine Art Driver & Installation Specialistto ensure the safe and efficient transportation and installation of fine art pieces. This senior-level role is ideal for someone with a passion for the art world and the expertise to handle delicate and high-value items with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Warehouse Manager and act as their stand-in during periods of absence.
• Safely deliver, install, and de-install fine artworks, adhering to strict handling protocols.
• Operate lifting equipment within the warehouse to manage fragile and valuable pieces.
• Complete all relevant documentation, including condition reports and labelling.
• Maintain compliance with road safety regulations and demonstrate responsible driving practices.
• Assist in maintaining warehouse organisation and ensure secure storage of artworks.
• Support packing and unpacking of artworks as required.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.

Requirements

• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in driving or logistics.
• Prior experience in the art industry or a related field is highly desirable.
• Basic IT proficiency.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
