Duties
  • Deliver detailed technical drawings and specifications to building regulation standards
  • Lead on project coordination with clients, contractors and consultants
  • Undertake the Building Safety Act Principal Designer role where required
  • Manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously
  • Mentor and support junior team members
  • Contribute to maintaining strong client relationships and project outcomes
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or related discipline
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and associated design software
  • Experience as Principal Designer under the Building Safety Act or readiness to step into the roleStrong practical knowledge of UK building and planning regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively
