A long established, design focused architectural practice in the North-West Dublin region is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team. This studio works across high quality residential, commercial, mixed use and masterplanning projects, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, design delivery and technical excellence.

This role is ideal for an experienced technologist who enjoys taking ownership of projects, driving technical detail, and contributing to a highly respected team known for producing thoughtful, well coordinated work.

The Role

• Lead technical delivery across residential and commercial projects
• Produce high quality working drawings, construction packages and tender documentation
• Manage project coordination with consultants, contractors and design team members
• Oversee site inspections and ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations
• Support planning, detailed design and construction stages
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal technical standards
• Work closely with senior architects and project leads in a collaborative environment

Skills and Experience Required

• 6+ years professional experience as an Architectural Technologist
• Strong proficiency in Revit (essential)
• Excellent technical detailing and knowledge of Irish Building Regulations
• Experience preparing planning, tender and construction packages
• Confident coordinating with engineers, QS, contractors and design teams
• Ability to manage your own workload and deliver to deadlines
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team oriented mindset
