A leading architectural consultancy in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to lead various projects across sectors such as healthcare and education. The ideal candidate should have a relevant qualification in Architecture, strong design and technical skills, and proficiency in Revit. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in practice experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical delivery of projects from concept through to completion.

  • Work towards the latest building regulations and technical standards.
  • Manage planning applications and building regulations.
  • Resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Adhere to fixed budgets and time deadlines.
  • Assist on planning applications and appeals.
  • Visit site for inspections.
  • Assist in business development.
  • Develop detailed Revit models and drawing packages.

Opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join an Architectural consultancy in the centre of Birmingham.

Working across a variety of project sectors to include education, healthcare, leisure, industrial and commercial, heritage and residential. The practice has a large amount of healthcare work and specialists in this area; therefore experience in healthcare would be desirable, however not essential.

You will join a medium size team of 30 working across a variety of projects leading and managing the projects through all RIBA stages.

Responsibilities
