Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver technical design across projects from concept to completion
• Produce detailed construction drawings and specifications to current standards
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Manage project documentation, approvals, and site information
• Ensure technical excellence, buildability, and smooth project delivery

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Several years\' industry experience, ideally in high-end residential design
• Qualification in Architectural Technology (HNC, HND, or degree)
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or ArchiCAD (plus good MS Office skills)
• On-site experience and excellent communication skills
• Organised, detail-focused, and a collaborative team player with a positive outlook
• Full driving licence and access to transport
