This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning architectural practice who provide innovative and sustainable designs to the residential sector. They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architect to hit the ground running on a range of high-end residential projects for their offices in Thornden.

To be successful in applying for the role of Senior Architect, you will need to have excellent post RIBA part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice. The successful individual will be ARB registered and have proficiency using Vectorworks, as well as a background in delivering projects within the residential sector. The individual will need to be able to boast design flare and demonstrate strong technical detailing and drawing skills.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:

1. ARB registered
2. Strong post RIBA part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
3. Strong experience managing complex projects within the residential sector
4. Proficiency with Vectorworks
5. Strong technical detailing and drawing skills
6. Experience with SketchUp is advantageous
7. Ability to work well independently and within a team
8. Excellent communication and organisational skills
9. Full UK Driver's license
