• 7+ years of experience in AML/CTF roles within payments or fintech.
• Proven track record of managing complex investigations and submitting SARs.
• Strong knowledge of UK and EU AML/CTF frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead reviews of complex alerts for potential financial crime.
• Conduct investigations and draft SARs to the NCA.
• Coach and support junior analysts on financial crime best practices.
