Are you a Senior Airports Agency Manager passionate about building relationships and driving growth with the airport media landscape?
This is an opportunity to manage and lead relationships and business with our largest and most strategic airport specialists partners. You’ll develop new business from these key accounts while seeking opportunities for growth within existing and potential clients. As a senior member of the team, you’ll also mentor and guide other Agency Managers, shaping the strategic direction of the airport business.
Business Development & Strategy (40%) : Develop and implement business plans for key accounts, driving both short-term wins and long-term growth opportunities. Proactively create demand for airport media solutions, developing and pitching innovative ideas to key clients and agencies.
Leadership & Relationship Management (40%) : Lead and grow senior‑level relationships with our largest airport specialists to ensure long‑term success and account retention. Build trust and credibility and represent Global’s airport product offering internally and externally.
Team Development & Collaboration (20%) : Act as a senior member of the team by guiding, supporting, and coaching other Agency Managers. Coordinate and lead team meetings, forecast calls, and strategy sessions, contributing to a collaborative team culture and aligning the team’s efforts with broader business objectives.

Own It: Lead senior‑level relationships and take ownership of Global’s most strategic airport accounts.

In your first few months, you’ll have:
Developed a comprehensive understanding of Global’s position within the media marketplace, the airport estate, and the sales narratives for each airport.
Built strong senior‑level relationships with key airport specialists and clients.
Created and presented a strategic business plan outlining clear growth strategies for Global’s largest accounts.
Led team meetings, forecast calls, and strategy sessions to align the team’s efforts with broader business objectives.
Contributed positively to team culture by supporting, mentoring, and guiding Agency Managers.
Senior Client Management: Proven experience managing senior‑level client relationships, with a track record of growing high‑value accounts.
Market Expertise: Strong understanding of the UK media marketplace, with direct agency sales experience (outdoor experience is a plus).
Commercial Drive: Demonstrated ability to hit and exceed sales targets in a team environment.
Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on mentoring and guiding others.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute both short‑ and long‑term growth strategies.
