Job summary

A leading aerospace company is seeking a multi-skilled Design and/or Certification Engineer (Cabin Interiors) in the UK. The role involves developing and documenting requirements for aircraft interior modifications, ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and preferably experience with EASA Part 21J. Strong CAD skills (3DX, CATIA V5, AutoCAD) and attention to detail are vital. The position is not a shift role and does not offer visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace industry with EASA Part 21J Design Organisation is preferable.
• Knowledge of aircraft material and fastener selection, hole size types, and sealants.
• Ability to work on multiple programmes efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document cabin payload system requirements for aircraft modifications.
• Produce compliance documentation including design reports and safety analysis.
• Attend and represent Boeing in various meetings and installations.
