Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse with valid NMC.
  • Experience as a Research Nurse is desirable.
  • Willingness to travel across locality and wider Eastern region.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit participants into research studies and obtain informed consent.
  • Conduct study procedures and collect baseline and follow-up data.
  • Support health and social care research in non-hospital settings.

Skills

Good IT skills, particularly in the use of Web applications, MS Office and/or Google Hub applications
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
Ability to work autonomously and to motivate self and others

Education

Educated to degree level in science or health related discipline
Registered Nurse or equivalent
Evidence of ongoing professional development
Course in management / leadership
