We have four primary goals:

Our strategy is underpinned by new values and we will work to ensure they are an everyday reality for all:

This role requires a proactive senior practitioner to join the Agile Research Delivery Team, focusing on the delivery of health and care research across various specialties and settings.
Key responsibilities include operational management of multiple concurrent projects, including participant screening, recruitment, informed consent, intervention delivery, and follow-ups.
The post holder will be responsible for accurate data collection and maintenance, conducting physiological assessments and measurements, and ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements.
The role involves strategic leadership through sharing knowledge, and business planning to ensure appropriate workforce skill mix. It also requires embracing a culture of continuous improvement, supporting Life Sciences Industry research, and actively engaging with participants, the public, and diverse stakeholders to ensure equitable access to research.
You will manage your own workload, may supervise others, and are expected to travel frequently across the East Midlands region.
We are proud to be at the forefront of health and social care research delivery in the East Midlands, working with partner organisations operating in a broad range of settings across Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Rutland, Northamptonshire and Nottinghamshire.
