A large NHS Trust in the United Kingdom seeks an enthusiastic Administrator to support the Senior Leadership Team and the wider Estates & Facilities services. The role involves managing diaries, taking meeting minutes, and providing comprehensive administrative support. Candidates should be proactive, have excellent communication and computer skills, and demonstrate flexibility. A positive attitude is essential, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Access to transport for business purposes is desirable.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and motivated person to join us in delivering a first-class administration service to support the Senior Leadership Team and the wider Estates & Facilities services.
We would like you to be highly proactive and able to use your own initiative and judgement to help manage the workload in addition to being customer focused. The post holder will need to have great communication skills and be familiar with the Microsoft Office suite. You will be able to react calmly when dealing with multiple tasks that need to be delivered to tight timeframes.

The successful applicant will assist in providing a professional and comprehensive administrative service. You must demonstrate a positive attitude, be flexible, have good written and verbal skills, be able to work using your own initiative, and must have excellent computer skills.
