We are looking for a dynamic and client centred Occupational Therapist to join one of our female working age adult inpatient mental health acute wards. Based at the Maudsley Hospital, Denmark Hill, London, this post has good transport links making commuting viable within London and surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will be based on Ruskin ward and will join an experienced and supportive team of Occupational Therapists working within South London & Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust Southwark directorate inpatient services and the wider community.

The successful candidate will be a dynamic, creative, forward thinking and hard-working occupational therapist with solid mental health experience. They will be able to carry out occupationally focused assessments and interventions and will be integrated into the MDT to promote a collaborative approach to the use of therapeutic activity.
The post holder will oversee and provide occupational therapy individual and group assessment, intervention and evaluation to women accessing acute inpatient care, promoting safety, recovery and person centred practice.
