About the role

Join PwC's UK account team as a Senior Manager in Client Relationship Management focusing on the firm's priority. This pivotal role you will manage and nurture complex sometimes multinational client relationships potentially in regulated sectors ensuring both client dissatisfaction and commercial growth. You will spearhead the implementation of account management best practices, coordinate critical negotiations such as MSAs, framework agreements and rate cards, and coach diverse teams to achieve sales performance. With a strong emphasis on pipeline management you will advise on best practice initiatives to accelerate and progress the client sales pipeline which supports the wider sales performance of our priority client programme. You will leverage your own internal network as well as PwC's global network to deliver exceptional client experiences and a seamless service provision to the client. This is a unique opportunity to work with our most important clients and make a significant impact in a competitive market.

You will be confident in working directly with clients and building client relationships that are relevant in the execution of your role. You will manage the stakeholder mapping exercise ensuring the alignment of PwC expertise and relationships to key client stakeholders.

What your days will look like
  • Enhance Client Experience: Elevate service delivery by coordinating internal teams to meet client needs efficiently and accurately.
  • Account Disciplines: Deliver account management best practice disciplines through navigating relevant teams to respond to key reporting or regulatory requirements and through embedding a robust account cadence that enables activity and mobilisation.
  • Global Coordination: Act as the UK liaison for global client activities ensuring alignment with international strategies.
  • Strategic Sales Management: Lead initiatives to maximise sales execution, accelerate the sales pipeline and develop account strategies that expand PwC's client footprint.
  • Insight Integration: Curate insight sources (including client feedback) to refine strategies, enhance client relationships and the client experience.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate across the firm to build high‑performing teams, promote knowledge sharing and share success.
  • Responsive Service Delivery: Ensure integrated swift responses to client requests supporting overall sales and marketing objectives.
This role is for you if
  • You have a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and effectively present business messages.
  • You have demonstrated success in B2B sales, business development and client relationship management.
  • Where required you would undergo security clearance if successful and deployed to sensitive government clients.
  • You are a master in strategic and tactical account management practices.
  • You have experience in leading and coaching diverse teams with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • You are an energetic team player who excels in geographically dispersed teams and contributes to demand management initiatives.
