We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our fast‑growing Commercial team and take ownership of some of our most strategic shipper partnerships. This role is about more than relationship management; its about shaping the way HIVED delivers value to its partners and helping scale our network sustainably.
You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise level shipper clients ensuring we exceed expectations on performance service and innovation. You will work cross‑functionally with Operations Product and Data to drive delivery excellence retention and profitability of accounts identify growth opportunities and evolve how we strengthen and collaborate with our partners.
