• Minimum 2 years teaching experience ideally with SEND/SEMH.
• Familiarity in teaching Maths, English, and Science.
• DBS certification (facilitated if needed).

• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed lessons.
• Regularly report on student progress.
