Responsibilities

Support teachers in delivering an inclusive, engaging curriculum. Monitor progress and provide feedback to promote both academic and emotional growth.

Requirements

• Experience supporting students with SEMH, SEND, or behavioural challenges.
• A calm, confident, and empathetic approach under pressure.
• Full‑time availability: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:00 pm.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Ability to commute to Welwyn Garden City.
