Overview

SEND Teacher - Primary Schools (Liverpool). Location: Liverpool, Merseyside. Daily Rate: GBP150 - GBP230 (or paid to scale, depending on experience). Start Date: ASAP. Contract Type: Full-Time, Ongoing.

The Role
  • Plan, deliver and adapt lessons to meet the needs of pupils with SEND.
  • Support children's academic, social, and emotional development in line with the primary curriculum.
  • Work closely with support staff, SENCOs and external agencies.
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with pupils with SEND in a primary school setting.
  • Strong behaviour management skills and a child-centred approach.
  • Ability to differentiate lessons and use creative strategies to support learning.
Requirements
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
  • Professional references covering the last two years.
  • Right to work in the UK.
